2.1. How do we configure our Pro (S) account?
Do we have to define all the subscription parameters straight away?

It is not necessary to fill in all fields straight away, but you will have to complete them all before offering a subscription to your fans.

It should have a minimum resolution of 500 x 500 px.

Yes, you just need to go to "Subscription Settings" and in the section "Shipping Costs" mark the desired cost for each country.

How can we find out who has subscribed to our subscription channel?

Whenever a fan subscribes to your subscription channel you will receive a notification via email. In addition, in the section "Subscribers List" of the "Pro (S) Settings" menu, you can consult and download all the data concerning your subscribers (name, email address, postage address, subscription starting date, subscription type and subscription fee).

How can we cancel our Pro (S) plan?

To cancel your subscription channel, you just need to click on the "Cancel Pro (S) plan" button that you will find on the “Settings” menu.

Remember that once you have cancelled your account, all subscriptions and all data associated with them will also be cancelled.

2.2. How to create a playlist

What type of material may playlists contain?

Playlists can be charts, mix tapes, sessions, exclusive tracks, LPs, EPs, etc.

In what format can the tracks that we upload to our lists be?

Streaming:
You can upload files in MP3 format. The maximum file size is 10MB.

Downloadable:
You can upload files in WAV or AIFF format.

What kind of tracks can we add to our playlists?

You can add any track available on YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo and Bandcamp to your playlists and additionally combine those tracks with other streaming or downloadable tracks you choose to upload to your playlists.

Edit the track information by clicking on the “Edit” button that appears next to each uploaded track.

Who can view our playlists?

Your playlists can be viewed (and accessed) by everybody or just by your subscribers, depending on whether you check the "Only for subscribers" box in the "New Playlist" and "Edit Playlist" menus.

No, you cannot delete comments written on your playlists by third parties; you can only delete those written by you.

What can we post?

You can post any information about events, new releases, merchandise, pop-up stores, meet & greets, etc.

Can everyone see our posts?

Depending on what you have chosen when creating the post, your item may be seen only by subscribers to your account ("Post for subscribers only") or by any Playmoss user, but only as a preview ("Non-subscribers item preview”).

2.4. Pricing

How much does the monthly subscription channel cost?

To open up a subscription channel is free.

What fee does Playmoss charge per subscription?

Playmoss charges a percentage on each subscription: 15% for digital subscriptions and 12% for digital and physical subscriptions. Transaction costs and VAT are not included when calculating Playmoss’ share.

Yes, these costs correspond to the hiring of a secure charging system at an international level that will allow us to charge subscribers from anywhere in the world with the highest reliability. These costs will vary depending on the country in which credit cards are issued. You can see the breakdown of the costs associated with each subscription in each country in the "Subscription Fee" section of the “Pro (S) Settings” menu.

In general, the cost will be 1.4% + €0.25 for cards issued in European Union countries and a maximum of 2.9% + €0.25 for cards issued in the rest of European countries and outside Europe.

What happens with the VAT associated with each subscription?

Playmoss takes care of the payment and the management of VAT related to each subscription. In case you may need it, you can send us an invoice to pro@playmoss.com with your total turnover.

2.5. Payments and collections

How do we get paid and how often?

Playmoss will transfer the amount corresponding to each subscriber's fee to your designated bank account within a maximum of 10 days after they have subscribed to your account, regardless of the country in which the payment has been made.

What price is the best for us?
