The player isn't working properly

Reload the page. Playmoss has been optimised to work with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Have you tried updating your browser? Still having problems? Email us at support@playmoss.com telling us what the problem is.

The player stops when a track finishes.

We have found that this only happens with Safari when the player is running on an inactive tab and a SoundCloud track finishes. We are working to resolve this. If this is not the case, email us at hello@playmoss.com and we will note down the error to resolve it.

Some tracks do not play and the player jumps automatically to the next track.

The most likely thing is that this is because the original source has disappeared.

Can everyone listen to my playlists?

Yes, once you have published your playlists, everyone can listen to them.
