Do I need to use tags?
Tags are a great way of finding new music. The more specific they are, the easier it will be for other users to find your playlists and the easier it will be to find playlists that may interest you.
Do you want your playlist to be public and visible for other users?
Click on “Publish” so that everyone can see it, listen to it and share it. Remember that, if you want, you can finish it off or edit it after publishing it, but once you have published it there is no going back.
Can I unpublish a playlist?
No you can't. If you don't want anyone to see your playlist, you will have to create a new one with the tracks from the previous one and delete the one that you published.
What can I do to stop my cover pages being pixellated?
So that your cover pages do not appear pixellated, they should have a minimum resolution of 500 x 500 px.
What can I do to stop my playlist backgrounds being pixellated?
So that your backgrounds do not appear pixellated, we recommend using, whenever possible, images with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 px.
Published your playlist but want to change the title, background, header or description?
Click on “Edit” and make the changes you want.
What is the “Like” button for on a playlist?
To inform the owner of the playlist that you like their music selection.
Want to share a playlist that you have just heard?
Click on the “Share” button and share it on one of your favourite social networks.
I have just edited a playlist and when I share it on Facebook the most recent changes do not appear.

How can I embed a playlist on my website?
To embed a playlist, click on the “Embed” button. A dropdown menu will open where you will be able to customise the player. Copy the HTML code and paste it on your website.
Why the “Embed” button doesn't appear in my lists?
The “embed” button is only available for Plus and Pro users. However, you can embed playlists on your website that have been created by other Plus or Pro users.
I can't embed the player on my blog.

I like the track that is playing. Can I add it to any of my playlists?
Click on the “+≡” button to add the track that you want to any of your playlists or a new playlist.
How can I leave a comment on a playlist?
Click on the comments bar and write a message in the box (“Write a comment”).
How can I change the order of the tracks?
To change the order of a track simply hover the cursor over it and drag it to the desired position.
What links can I add to my playlists?
At the moment, Playmoss admits links from YouTube, Vimeo and Bandcamp.
When I try to add a link, an error message appears.
“Sorry, we can’t find your music. Are you sure this is a direct link to the music?” Are you sure that the link you want to add belongs to one of the platforms compatible with Playmoss?
“The user won’t allow this track to be embedded”. Remember that on YouTube some users do not allow sharing of their links; i.e. they are private.
The player isn't working properly
Reload the page. Playmoss has been optimised to work with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Have you tried updating your browser? Still having problems? Email us at support@playmoss.com telling us what the problem is.
Some tracks do not play and the player jumps automatically to the next track.
The most likely thing is that this is because the original source has disappeared.
Can everyone listen to my playlists?
Yes, once you have published your playlists, everyone can listen to them.
