I played KI:U recently and WOOOOW I have two new faves and I love playlists that mix songs that fit characters with ones the character'd listen to SO!
Songs 1, 4, 7, etc. are for Pit, songs 2, 5, 8, etc. are for Dark Pit, and songs 3, 6, 9, etc. are for their relationship/songs that fit both of them (interpret it platonically, romantically, whatever). (Though, if I'm being honest, Track 15 fits both of these dweebs+Palutena.)
